Servicing Your Rolex
Our expertly trained Rolex professionals will assist you in scheduling your Rolex service experience. Your Rolex timepiece will be individually assigned and registered to an Authorized Rolex Service Center where highly trained watchmakers use meticulous care to service your timepiece.
Upon return from service, The Rolex journey continues with the International 2-year Rolex Service Warranty assuring that your Rolex is enjoyed for many generations to come.

Whether your watch needs a new battery, diagnostic testing, or a more complete evaluation, we will help determine what is needed to get your timepiece working properly. You're welcome to bring your watch in at any time and one of our consultants will assist you in setting up service for your timepiece.
Watch Battery Replacement & Spa Service
In addition to standard battery replacements that may leave your watch vulnerable, Roman Jewelers offers a Watch Spa Service designed to help protect your watch from moisture and debris.
This service includes:
- Watch inspection
- Interior cleaning
- Battery replacement
- Replacement of worn gaskets
- Resealing of the watch
- Power and pressure test
- One year warranty on battery life
Need More Than a Battery?
Watches are precise machines that sometimes require more than a battery replacement to restore to its intended functionality. If your watch needs additional repair, our watchmaker will evaluate the timepiece and provide an estimate before work begins.
Battery changes and Watch Spa Services typically take 2 to 3 weeks. If your watch requires more extensive work, estimates may take about 3 weeks, with completed work taking approximately 6 weeks after approval unless otherwise noted.

Roman Jewelers offers a Watch Spa Service, which is more comprehensive than a basic battery swap. This service includes inspection, cleaning, battery replacement, gasket replacement, resealing, pressure testing, and time observation. Pricing typically ranges from $65 to $85, depending on the watch.
Because each watch is inspected and observed after service, battery changes and Watch Spa Services typically take 2 to 3 weeks.
If more service is needed, your watch can be submitted to the watchmaker for an estimate. Work will only move forward once the estimate is reviewed and approved.
